Mildred (Perkins) Baldwin, 96, formerly of Kensington, widow of George Wilbur Baldwin Sr., died late Tuesday (January 17, 2017) at Cook-Willow Convalescent Hospital in Plymouth. Born in Meriden, daughter of the late Francis and the late Mildred (Bartlem) Perkins, she was employed at Prentice Corporation, and was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church in Meriden. She is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, George W. Baldwin Jr. and his wife Lillian of Terryville, and Gary R. Baldwin and his wife Martha of Portland, Maine, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Saturday (January 21, 2017) at 11a.m. at Porterís Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway, Berlin. Burial will follow in West Lane Cemetery, Kensington. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the funeral home on Saturday (January 21, 2017) from 10-11a.m.
